Welcome to the 2018 AgDiscovery Application Site!

You will be required to create a User Account to get started.  The User Account consists of your email address and a password.  Then, you will be able to begin completing your application!

You will be able to sign the Student Contract page of your application by holding down your mouse, and signing your name.  Your parent/guardian will also need to sign the Parental Release Form and the Video Release Statement, in the same manner.  Once you fill in your parent/guardian's name and email address, and hit the "submit" button, the forms will be emailed to your parent/guardian for signature.  After your parent/guardian signs the forms, and hits the "submit" button, the forms will be routed to your application.

You are also required to include an essay with your application.  You can type the essay directly in the box, or copy and paste it from a document on your computer.  Essays cannot be uploaded to this site.

And, finally, you will be required to have three (3) Letters of Recommendation submitted with your application.  Once you fill in the names and email addresses of your recommenders, and hit the "submit" button, an email message will be sent to them with instructions for completing the recommendation.  The recommendation will be routed to your application once its been submitted by the recommender.  You will receive an email message informing you that your application is complete once all forms have been received.  You can check the status of your application at anytime, through your User Account.

As a reminder, the deadline for submitting your application is March 12, 2018.  Applicants selected to attend the 2018 AgDiscovery program will be notified directly by the universities by May 7, 2018.  Letters will be mailed to non-selected applicants from USDA-APHIS by May 30, 2018.
